Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has launched a prepaid plan titled “Mithram” in Kerala circle.
The Mithram plan is a pay per second plan which offers calls to 5 numbers at 10p/min for BSNL numbers and 30p for other network numbers.
