Trivandrum, 23 June 2011: For the first time in the history of Kerala, the Chief Ministers Office will function 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The proposal for the functioning of CMs office 24 X 7 has been cleared in the cabinet yesterday.
There will be online webcasting of proceedings of Chief Ministers office through his official website soon. Also a 24 hour call centre will also function to receive complaints from the citizens, he added.
The decision for opening the CMs office round the clock was made as per the 100 day programme of the newly elected UDF government.
