Trivandrum, September 14: Chithratharangam - 2011, the Children's Film Festival, will be inaugurated in Trivandrum on Wednesday at Cotton Hill Girls Higher Secondary School by Minister KB Ganesh Kumar.
The film festival will be conducted in all 14v districtsof Kerala.
