Old Vehicle Auction in Police Station Starts on October 19

Trivandrum, October 19, 2011: The old vehicles that are kept in the compounds of Police Stations of Trivandrum city will be auctioned from today.

According to the Police, there are 302 vehicles are totally kept in various police stations. Among them, Police department asked for 7 vehicles. So there will be an auction of remaining 295 will be conducted from today.

The vehicles are categorised as 2 wheeler, 3 wheeler and 4 wheeler. Anyone can attend the auction. One who participate the auction should remit Rs.150 for a 2 wheeler, Rs.250 for a 3 wheeler and Rs.500 for a 4 wheeler.

Each vehicle will be auctioned individually. Sealed tenders are also invited.
