Trivandrum, October 11, 2011: Those who are riding in vehicles should know the details of the penalty slabs of the petty offences. Get informed and question the authority if anyone tries to exploit. The following is the full list of penalty for each petty offences for all the citizens.

01. Driving without a valid licence

02. Allowing a person to drive without a valid licence

04. Driving a two-wheeler with more than one pillion rider
