Trivandrum, November 2, 2011: TRAI brought another milestone decision to bring down the mobile tariff. The new proposal is to cut down the termination charges from 20 paise to 'zero' paise.
Termination charge is what a subscriber pay for calling another network from his/her network. For example a Tata Docomo subscriber should pay 20 paise for his/her call to a network other than Tata Docomo.
The new decision will make call tariff more convenient to all users. Subscribers are in a win-win situation while service providers are going to loose figures in profit column.
