Trivandrum, 4 November 2011: A memorial for the former Chief Minsister R Shankar will come up at Pattom, Trivandrum. KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala will lay the foundation stone for the R Sankar Study Centre on November 7, 2011.
R Sankar Study Centre which will be constructed near the Provident fund office at Pattom will have a research library, a research centre and a conference hall.
