Trivandrum, 4 March 2012: NORKA-ROOTS, and the Non Resident Keralites Affairs Department has launched a 12 hour helpline for non-resident Keralites. The NORKA call centre will be available in the following phone numbers and will provide information about NRK welfare activites, schemes etc.
