Trivandrum, 5 June 2012: Kerala will soon become the first Digital State in India, announced Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in Trivandrum today. Kerala state has successfully setup e-governance programme in all departments of the government. Official e-mail addresses will be provided for all citizens in Kerala based on UiD Aadhaar scheme, he added.
