Railways has announced the extension of the Mangalore - Trivandrum Parasuram express to Nagercoil Junction. From July 17, 2012 onwards the Parasuram Express will commence service from Nagercoil Junction.
Train no. 16649 Mangalore Central–Nagercoil Parasuram Express will reach Thiruvananthapuram at 6.30 pm and will leave at 6.40 pm. This train will reach Nagercoil Junction at 8.40 pm.
Train no. 16650 Nagercoil-Mangalore Central Parasuram Express will leave Nagercoil Junction at 4 am and will reach Thiruvananthapuram at 6.15 am. It will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 6.25 am.
The train will have stops at Neyyatinkara, Parassala, Kuzhitturai and Eraniel stations.
