The Kerala government on Tuesday issued an order asking all the Kerala diaspora who wish to return to the state once flights resume, to register on the Norka-Roots website, www.norkaroots.org

There is no preference for the early registration, instead preference will be given to pregnant women, students, visiting visa persons, immediate treatment cases etc. Special chartered flights will be made available for the retun of non resident keralites.
