Industrial Training Institute at Dhanuvachapuram, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala functions under the directorate of Employment and Training. The institutions established in the year 1955 is imparting training in 22 Trades ( 18 NCVT and 4 SCVT ). The institute is upgraded to COE in the Production and Manufacturing Cluster. Trainees are admitted in the COE Scheme in the basic module and Advance module consisting 3 Trades viz. Advance welding, CNC Machining and CAD/CAM. The total intake capacity of institute raises to 1304, including the trainees in 22 trades affliated under NCVT and Trades under SCVT. One unit of Post ITI cource in TV Technician is also conducted in this institute.
