Actress and model Sunny Leone on Thursday attended the concluding event of the three-day fashion festival organised jointly by Dream Fashion TV and Indo International Friendship Society held at Nisagandhi Auditorium in Thiruvananthapuram.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the exhibition on May 20 which will include slows down featuring the stalls offering services by departments, sales counters for products manufactured by public sector enterprises, and a food court. A techno zone with start-up successes and technological advancements from various industries is another draw.
The Nishagandhi amphitheater will have social projects on the entire days and photography and selfie contests will be held.
Thiruvananthapuram: The Coaching & Center for Minority Youth, which provides training for various competitive examinations under the Minority Welfare Department, has invited applications for courses starting in July. Admission is open to religious minorities such as Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis and Jains. Training is free. Classes will focus on English, Malayalam, Mathematics, Reasoning & Geography, General Science, Constitution, History of India and other general knowledge. The 56 centers, which have 24 centers and 32 sub-centers, will cater to 40 to 100 students. Admission will be on the basis of eligibility and socio-economic backwardness.
CCMYs have six-month classes scheduled for July 1 to December 31 and January 1 to June 30.
Admission to Degree Batch, Plus Two Batch and Holiday Batch. Interested candidates should submit the application along with all the required documents to the respective CCMYs. The respective CCMYs offer the opportunity to apply online and offline, depending on the local conditions of the coaching centers.
