The PTA and management of the college has decided to initiate a uniform dress code for the students in the college. From next month onwards the Degree, Post Graduate and PhD students of the college will be seen wearing churidar with check pants, cream top and overcoat. The college authorities said that they will provide the cloth for the uniform to the existing students and new students admitted will be informed of the uniform and its availability in the city.
The college pricipal Smt. K Padmavathi has told media that the uniform is made strict to provide discipline in the campus and to avoid students from bunking the classes.
However other women's colleges like All Saints College and Government Women's College has no plans to initiate a dress code in the campus.View Other Trivandrum Beach Resorts, Hotels
