Enchakkal Bus Terminal to operate Low-Floor Buses in First Stage

Trivandrum, August 13: The new bus terminal in Enjakkal almost set to operate andin the first stage it will operate the low - floor buses.

There are 20 low - floor buses are operating from Trivandrum to all important channels of the district.

The depot will commence its work by Chingam, the first month of Malayalam calender. The building construction and other works reached the final stage.

Also KSRTC plans to start a Kovalam - Enjakkal - Kazhakoottam service, which would not touch the city, so that Technopark - Kovalam Bypass coverage would be much better.

The authority reckons that the service will be a boon for those who stays in the bypass limits.In the second stage, the long distance services will be operated from Enjakkal.
