Trivandrum, 26 September 2011: Bullard Pull Test facility, to test the maximum tugging capacity of a ship has been launched at the proposed Vizhinjam International Container Terminal, Trivandrum.
The Bullard Pull Test Facility has been setup by the Cochin Shipyard Limited and has a capacity of 500 tonnes which is the maximum capacity available in India today.
