Trivandrum Carmel School: Carmel Girls Convent High School

Carmel Girls High School, located at Vazhuthacaud is one of the leading girls school in Trivandrum. The School was founded by the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa in the year 1963 as a Lower Primary School. The school was elevated as an upper primary school in 1967 and as a high school in 1979. Today, the school has a strength of 2475 students and 72 staff members.
