Trivandrum 5 November 2011: The government has declared an additional 7% Dearness Allowance (DA) for its employees and pensioners. This has been announced by Finance Minsiter KM Mani in the legislative assembly yesterday.
With the addition of this the total DA will come upto 31%. The increase will have effective from July 4, 2011.
