Trivandrum, 20 December 2011: Three songs from the movie 'Dam 999' has been enlisted in the long list for the Oscar Awards in the Original song category. The songs will be then shortlisted for nominations for the Academy awards later.
The songs are 'Dakkanaga Dugu Dugu’, ‘DAM 999 Theme Song’ and ‘Mujhe Chod Ke’
The Dakkanaga Dugu Dugu has been sung by Sakthisree and Sujith Sureshan whereas Mujhe Chod ke has been sung by Hariharan (solo) and Shreya Ghoshal (solo).
The songs are composed by eminenent Malayalam music director Ousepachan and written by the director of the movie Sohan Roy itself.
