Trivandrum, 2 December 2011: The Director of Collegiate Education, Kerala has invited applications for Kerala State Merit Scholarship for 2011-12 from students studying for the first year of the Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses. Only students studying in Government/Aided Arts and Science Colleges and University Departments in Kerala are eligible to apply.
Rate and Number of Scholarships:
Graduation Rs. 1250/- per annum (300 Nos)
Post Graduation Rs. 1,500/- per annum (150 Nos.)
Eligibility Conditions:
Should be a first year student of Under Graduate or Post Graduate course in Govt/ Aided colleges or University Departments.
Should have scored 50% or above in the qualifying Examination.
Family annual income should not exceed 1 Lakh. For Exemption of annual income based on merit, please see the notification.
