Idea Star Singer, the musical reality show of Asianet enters into the final stages of its fourth season. Meanwhile applications are invited to the auditions of the new stage Idea Star Singer Season 5. Recently Idea Star Singer has celebrated its 250th episode, has become the Malayalam televison’s most popular reality show. Actor Dileep, Veteran Play back Singer P.Jayachandran , Asianet’s Senior Vice President(Programmes) R.Sreekandan Nair, Idea Sr.Manager Sasidharan Nair , Jury members Sarath, K.S.Chithra , M.G.Sreekumar etc were present in the 250th episode celebration ceremony.
Asianet will telecast the 250th episode celebrations of “Idea Star Singer – Season 4 in four parts,ie.on May 6th & 7th and May 10th & May 11th 2010 at 8.30 PM IST ( 20.30 Hrs ).

1. During elimination process, we suggest that the celebrity guest and Ranjini Haridas be provided with seats. Poor things are made to stand for over 90 minutes!
2. The mistake made in ISS Season 4 Mega Final in not announcing the full details of marks awarded by judges and sms received by contestants should not be repeated in ISS Season 5. Most of us doubt that the marks awarded by judges were manipulated later to justify giving first prize to Joby John.
