The video songs of the much awaited malayalam movie Urumi has been launched.
The movie directed by noted choreographer Santhosh Sivan will hit theatres in March 31, 2011. The movie has a multi-star cast with south Indian stars such as Prithviraj, Prabhu Deva, Arya, Genelia, Tabu etc. Bollywood sensation Vidya Balan is doing an item number in the movie.
Prithviraj appears as the gang leader of the group that wanted to kill Vasco Da Gama, the portugese conquerer. Genelia will be appearing as a princess who fell in love with Prithviraj.
The movie soundtrack has nine songs composed by Deepak Dev and lyrics by Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri, Rafeeq Ahammed and Engandiyur Chandrasekharan.
