This year's Beemapally Uroos will be held from May 5 to 15, 2011 at Beemapally Dargah Shereef, Trivandrum.
The 10 day festival will start on May 5 morning at 8 am on the mosque premises and will end on 6pm on May 15th. Rituals such as Munajat, reading of Moulood and Ratheeb are the noted festivities of the event.
The Dargah has been named Beemapally in respect to Sayyidhathunisa Bee Umma, a muslim woman who is believed to have extraordinary powers.
