Trivandrum, August 18: Gyan Vani FM, Educational FM radio station of India, is getting its ownspace in Trivandrum.
Gyan Vani is Indira Gandhi National Open University owned project. It started its Trivandrum broadcast a year ago. The programmes aired 6 hours per day in two sessions, morning 6 to 9 and evening 6 to 9.
It carries educational programmes, language workshops of Malayalam, French, English and German, documentaries based onthe life of famous personalities, music programmes, career related programmes and psc coaching classes.
IGNOU gets own space of 1 acre land in Muttathara, to develop their own study centres and other facilities. GyanVani's office and studio too will be set up in IGNOU's new campus.
