Trivandrum, September 3: The Public Works Department has set up a complaint registering call centre.
One can call the tollfree number 1800 425 7771 for registering the complaints related to roads. The registered complaints will be transfered to the concerned engineers and the engineer will call back the complainant for collecting further details.
If there is no action has taken within 48 hours, the complainant can call 0471-2518124 where redressal is assured. The call centre has been developed by the combined effort of PRD and PWD departments.
