Trivandrum, 2 September 2011: Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) has launched an sms based complaint registration facility and toll-free trouble call management centre.
The new services was launched as a part of the UDF ministries 100 day programme and was inaugurated by Minister for Energy Aryadann Mohammed.
Consumers can avail the sms complaint service of KSEB in the following format

Also a toll free number 155333 for contacting directly if the sms is not attended has also been launched.
