Trivandrum, September 4: State Women's Commission started the new system of accepting complaints through SMS. A woman/girl can send her complaint to the commission by simply typing it and sending it to 537252.
The authority will call back to collect further details. Even a blank sms to the number too will be considered as a complaint and the commission authority will call back to the number for collecting details.
For knowing the current situation of the registered complaint, there is a special format. One who want to know the current situation should type VANITHA(SPACE)CASE NUMBER(SPACE)YEAR and sent it to 537252.
The current situation of your case will reach your mobile as a reply sms. The commission has appointed special officer for handling the complaints.
