Kochi, 9 October 2011: Miss Elizabeth Thadikaran from Kochi won the Miss Kerala 2011 contest held at Le Meridien Convention Centre, Kochi yesterday.
Sruthi Nair from Kochi won the first runner up and Maria John from Pune won the second runner up.
Elizabeth Thadikaran is the daughter of Charlie and Rani from Vennala and a second year BDS student at Bangalore. She had earlier won Navy Queen title in 2010.
The first runner up Sruthi Nair is the daughter of Admiral G Ashok Kumar and Geetha of the Kochi Naval Base. She is a Visual Commmunication student at Chennai.
The second runner up Maria John is an LLB student at Pune. She is the daughter of Lt. Colonel KS Yohannan and Chinnu who are from Ernakulam.
The jury for the contest included cine director Siddique, Roshan Abbas, actress Poornima Indrajith, Make up artist Shan, Designer Asmitha Marwa, Miss India International Neha HInge, Model Arshina Trivedi.
