Trivandrum, 29 January 2012: LBS Institute Of Technology For Women (LBSITW), Poojappura will organise Yagna and Dhruva'12 National Level Intercollegiate Techno-arts fest from February 3 to 5, 2012.
Yagna'12 , based on the mathematics "back to square one ", is scheduled on February 3,4 . Dhruva'12, "It's all about the fight", is scheduled on February 4,5, 2012. The campus cultural fest is dedicated to help out cancer patients and create awareness among the students about the same.
Yagna, is the technical fest of the college was initiated in 2008 while Dhruva was launched in 2009. Both Yagna & Dhruva are popular avenues for students to show case their prowess in technical as well as cultural activities. Students all over India participate in the event to celebrate talent and innovation during the festival.
As a part of the show and to create awarness about cancer and prevention techniques a flashmob was conducted by the students at Saphalyam shopping complex, Trivandrum.
