Trivandrum, 18 June 2012: The Government of Kerala Department of Local Self Government has launched an online service for availing the ownership certificate of land in the state. The certificate can be downloaded at www.tax.lsgkerala.gov.in using the “Sanchaya” software. Information regarding the property tax (Assessment, Demand and Collection) details and its e-Payment can be done using this application.
