Kochi, 12 July 2012: The Kerala State Housing Board (KSHB) has launched the 'Haritha Apartments', Kerala's first apartment project based on green technology undertaken in public sector. The Haritha complex to be built at Panampally Nagar, Kochi will have eighteen 2/3 BHK apartments each with to square feet area.
The project apartments will feature car parking, lift, generator, intercom, childrens park, swimming pool etc. Booking starts on 12 July 2012. The first five cusomers will get a discount of Rs. 25/- per square feet and the customers who pay the full amount will get 5% off. They have to remit an application fee of Rs. 500/- and a registration fee of One lakh rupees..
