The Theme song for the upcoming 35th National Games will be composed by musician Hariharan. The lyrics of the song is penned by poet Javed Akhtar and will be sung by leading singers which includes KJ Yesudas, Shreya Ghoshal, Shruti Hassan, Salim Merchant etc.
The song will of three minutes in length and will be filled with messages of national integration and sportsman spirit. Different audio and video versions of the song will be shot and telecasted over television channel, FM radios apart from the venues.
Singer Hariharan was born in Trivandrum to a Tamil Iyer family and grew up in Mumbai .
35th National Games of India, will be held from 31 January 2015 to 14 February 2015 across seven districts in Kerala, India.
Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is the goodwill ambassador for the games.
