Airtel Internet TV with hybrid set top box connection

Airtel has announced the launch of Internet TV, which comes with India's first hybrid set top box. The STB powered by Android TV will screen over 500 plus TV channels along with internet capability in which users can download apps and play games.

The Airtel Internet TV comes pre-loaded with Netflix, YouTube, Google Play Games, Airtel Movies and offers complete access to Google Play Store.

The Airtel ‘Internet TV’ set top box is 4K content ready allows LIVE TV shows to be paused, recorded or even rewind. It allows gamers to use physical game controllers, or even their smartphones as a game pad with Internet TV.

The device is priced at Rs. 4999 and comes with  three months subscription. The STB can be purchased online through Amazon India.
