Jio Mart Online Shopping Delivery through Whatsapp Number

Reliance Jio in collaboration with Facebook has launched the Jio Mart in India. Currently the service is available in Navi-Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan and expected to be launched nation wide soon.

The Reliance JioMart is an online grocery delivery service JioMart which connect the offline retailer to online customers.

Customers can initiate an order by texting “Hi” to +918850008000, which prompts a link that opens a mini store on the browser, allowing them to pick a range of grocery products including toothpaste, snacks, tea and coffee, rice, and cooking oil.

On just typing 'Hi', the company will then send a link to the customer's Whatsapp account.

Once the user taps on the link, it will take you to JioMart’s page where they’ll be asked for their mobile number, area, locality, the rest of the address and the full name of the person ordering. After that the user will redirected to the catalog of products.

After selecting the items that are required, JioMart will share the list of things with the local shop on WhatsApp. Once the items are packed and billed, the customer will receive an alert with the store details.The mode of payment has been limited to cash only.
