Now pay water bills online
The Kerala Water Authority (KWA) has announced the e-payment facility for water bills in Trivandrum Division. The service will be active from July 15, 2010 onwards.
Customers can log on to the KWA website www.keralawater.org and chose e-pay option to pay water bills. For a new user a first time registration is necessary. Payment can be done through credit/debit cards and internet banking.

The e-payment facility announced by the Kerala Water Authority is not at all user-friendly. The authorities concerned should have a few computer savvy guys to manage the system instead of harassing the customers and wasting their precious time.
I can't find any e-payment link at http://www.keralawater.org/. Can anybody give the specific link to e-payment option?

The e-payment facility of Kerala Water Authority is user-friendly. It took less than two minutes to complete the payment transaction.

The e-payment is very much user friendly. It was a pleasant surprise that Kerala is having the facility which is not vailable in many of the major cities in India including New DElhi.
Absurd...How come an organization come up with such sites.. Neither the required information are there nor user friendly
