The 15th Trivandrum International Film Festival will be conducted from July 30to August 6, 2010 at Trivandrum. The venue for the film festival will be the Kalabhavan theatres and the Kesari Memorial Hall.
Noted Bengali film Director Budhdeb Dasgupta will inaugurate the festival on 30 July 6.30 pm at Kalabhavan Theatre.
Academy award winning movie‘The Hurt Locker’, directed by Kathryn Bigelow will be the inaugural film and ‘Antaheen’ by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury will be the final film.
The festival will showcase 50 films from 20 countries in categories such as world cinema, Asian cinema, French comedies, Argentine retrospective etc.
