Super foods for super women


Women are always special, and so is their health. They are the best known multi taskers going around taking responsibilities, spreading love are some of their part. And it’s a fact that they care little for themselves and keep more time worrying about others. It is very important for women to give some thought on the health side so that they can continue taking responsibilities without any aches forever.

And in this very special month and special day of women, the women’s day, we present you 10 super foods to be included in daily diet for women. Including them in your food list will make feel and look good. Next time you go shopping don’t forget to take this list and pack up your pantry with health

Sprouted green gram
They are ideal for giving you that extra glow that lasts longer. Green grams packed with tremendous energy digests easily. They aid in anti aging process as they are full of nutrients that gets easily absorbed. Sprouts are a capsule of vitamins including A, C, E which are quintessential for your skin and hair. Loaded with calcium they really benefit women. With high amount of vitamin b, phosphorous, zinc, potassium, magnesium they are a must have for everyday.

Green leaves
Green leafy vegetables are the miracle food because they are the power pack of good health. Loaded with antioxidants they increase your immunity power and slows down aging. That’s something good to hear! And that isn’t it. Amazingly cheap greenies are full of vitamin A, K, C, and E. the high amount of iron keeps aneamia away and also the vitamin A helps improve eyesight. The beta carotene turns to vitamin A in our bodies which helps wjith good eyesight and keep away night blindness. Along with skin beauty it also protects liver health. 1 carrot can give sufficient amount of vitamin A for a day. Carrots are essential for women as they help periods cycle.

Pappaya

Papayas are also seen ion most cosmetics and face packs. Its true that papaya can give you that extra glow. So go for it.

Sardine
This slender fish is packed full of important nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and calcium. Easily available and cheap factors should make sardines a favorite among women

Nuts

They are rich in fiber, phytonutrients and antioxidants such as Vitamin E and selenium. Nuts are also high in plant sterols and fat - but mostly monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (omega 3 - the good fats) which have all been shown to lower LDL cholesterol.
