Trivandrum, February 2, 2012: A festival named 'Fandango 2012' which brings food along with fun awaits in Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology [IHMCT] at Vellar, Kovalam.
The fest will start on Friday, February 3, 2012 and will end on Sunday, February 5, 2012. It will provide various food items and dishes from various parts of India and continental, Chinese,mocktails, desserts and pastries.
The food items also include Persian style Tandoori chicken, cherry jubilee ice cream flambe, triple chocolate mousse cake, Italian pastas, spaghetti and many more.
Kerala specials such as Kappa and Meen curry, Kaada fry, KArimeen Pollichadu, Kallappam, Beef ularthiyathu, Kozhi Varutharachathu are also available.
The food and fun bonanza will start on the lawns of IHMCT at 06.30 pm and conclude at 09.30 pm. Tickets are priced at Rs.300 and guests can change them at the counters for food of their choice for Rs.220.
Cultural programmes are also organized. On Saturday, it will western music and on Sunday, DJ night.
